Delivery of services is completed when access is provided to the buyer’s registered ByLine account. A confirmation email is also sent to the registered email address.

NEXSYYS NETWORKS PRIVATE LIMITED values its customers and aims to provide a smooth digital experience. Since ByLine offers subscription-based digital services, cancellations and refunds are handled differently than physical products.
Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their ByLine account settings. Cancellation will stop the next billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current subscription period.
Payments made for digital subscriptions and services are generally non-refundable. Once access to digital content has been granted, refunds cannot be issued for the current billing cycle.
Refunds may be considered only in special cases, such as accidental duplicate payments or proven technical issues preventing access to the platform, subject to verification by our support team.
If you feel the service is not as described or not meeting your expectations, please reach out to our customer support within 7 days of purchase. Our team will review your concern and decide on an appropriate resolution.

In cases where refunds are approved by NEXSYYS NETWORKS PRIVATE LIMITED, it may take 7-14 business days for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the payment provider.
